Travel to Dublin
Dublin Airport
Dublin is home to the country’s largest airport, which is served by over 170 different direct routes. For connecting flights, we’re within an hours flight time of many European hubs. US travellers can enjoy US pre-clearance of emigration of customs within the airport, so when they return home they simply walk of the plane and out of the airport.
Aircoach
Aircoach operates many routes to Dublin City centre and Dublin county, and departs from just outside Terminal 1, zone 2, and Terminal 2, zone 20.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the Aircoach departure points at terminals. Tickets can also be purchased from the driver using a bank card, Apple or Google pay (contactless payment total must not exceed €50).
Taxi
Passengers arriving into Dublin Airport should follow taxi signage from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to the taxi ranks outside both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. A taxi dispatcher is available at both taxi ranks if you require any further information or assistance.
The estimated cost for a taxi from Dublin Airport to Dublin City Centre is between €25 and €30 and can take 35 to 45 minutes. Please note this is an estimated fare and prices may vary depending on traffic congestion, number of passengers and time and day of pick-up.
Passengers arriving by taxi to Dublin Airport will be dropped off on the forecourt directly outside either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
Car Rental
The large international car rental companies operate in Dublin Airport. Rent your car from one of our many on-site operators, with desks conveniently located in the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 linked car park.
A valid driving licence is required to drive in Ireland.
